PSU Recruitment through GATE 2025: In addition to facilitating admissions to M.Tech/Ph.D. courses, GATE exam scores are utilized by various Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to hire engineers for executive positions. PSUs are government-owned enterprises operated by either the Government of India or a State Government. Over 50 PSUs, including IOCL, ONGC, and NTPC, will be recruiting eligible candidates through GATE 2025.

Candidates can apply for the recruitment process based on their GATE 2025 scores. Subsequently, candidates meeting the cut-off criteria set by PSUs will be invited for further selection stages, such as Personal Interview (PI) or Group Discussion (GD). Additionally, some PSUs conduct their own tests to shortlist candidates. It is advisable for candidates to review the GATE PSU Cutoffs, as they play a significant role in the PSU selection process.

• The Powergrid recruitment

Powergrid through GATE 2025 application originally scheduled to start from January 16, 2025, and end on January 18, 2025, is expected to be rescheduled to March 2025 (tentative). The revised registration dates will be announced soon on the official website of PGCIL through a brochure. Candidates who have appeared for GATE 2025 and have a valid score in CE, CS, EC, or EE papers are eligible to apply for the respective posts.
